Compare the five starting layouts
The library has five examples rather than a collection of separate official formats. Each gives you a different arrangement of editable elements. Use the descriptions below to narrow your choice; the preview and shape filters above let you compare the artwork before opening it.
Round company mark · Circle
A circular starting layout for a company name and a short business label.
Square monogram stamp · Square
A square composition with an editable company name and a monogram asset you are allowed to use.
Office review stamp · Rectangle
A rectangular review layout with separate date, time, and signature elements.
Address block stamp · Rectangle
A compact block for multiline address text and a location image.
Date and serial oval · Oval
An oval document marker with separate date and serial elements.
How to choose a template
Begin with the text that must appear and how much room it needs. A circle works as a compact mark for a short name and label. A square or rectangle leaves more room for a wordmark, multiline address, review status, or date. An oval can keep a date and serial number together as a small document marker. If the shape is secondary to the content, filter by shape and compare the thumbnails instead of choosing by name alone.
These examples are starting compositions. They do not state that a particular shape or field is required by a country, company registry, bank, or government office. Check the instructions of the organization that will receive the document before relying on a design.
What happens after you open one
The selected layout opens in the stamp maker with its text, borders, shapes, and image elements available for editing. Replace the example details with your own, remove any parts you do not need, and check the preview at the size you plan to use. Add only a logo or signature you own or are permitted to use. When the design is ready, export PNG, JPG, or SVG and confirm that the file opens correctly in your target software.
Template choices are design files for digital workflows; they do not manufacture or certify physical, legal, medical, notarial, government, or school seals. For detailed editing steps, read the business stamp guide. For a company-focused editor, use the company stamp maker.
